Refund policy

Because every order is a fresh, perishable arrangement made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before the arrangement has been prepared for delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
